I’m Emma business owner, manager, crafter of Busy Creative Bees 🐝
I live in Gloucestershire with my Hubby Paul, our 9 year old son Alfie, our Cavapoo Poppy and her fur baby Stanley ❤️🐶🐾
My family are my world and I love spending time with them, trying new experiences, revisiting favourite places and creating memories along the way!
I worked in retail management for over 17 years, before leaving to work in an administration role for the NHS when I became a Mum in 2014, giving me a better home/work life balance.
I’ve always had an interest in all things creative, so I spent lots of time when lockdown started in 2020 experimenting with various crafts with my family. Some crafts became a hobby and I found myself making gifts for my family and friends, and then selling a few a local Craft Fayre’s in late 2021 making me realise how much I missed working in retail but I wanted to keep my home/life balance for our family.
In early 2022 I visited Gloucester Quays Orchard Street Markets, where I chatted to lots of stall holders. After securing a trial stall in March 2022 with Channel Events I was in my element and knew I had made the right decision. I traded at various local events throughout 2022 and I have many events booked for 2023, expanding further afield.
I can’t wait to see what this year brings! 🐝🎉
